We want you to be pleased with your Patricia Nash purchase. If within 180 days of purchase you wish to exchange your unused item, you may do so when accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
To ensure ease of the return process, simply either call to speak with one of our customer service professionals or you may use the contact us section of the website. Once communication has been received requesting the return or exchange, we will provide you via email a pre-paid UPS return label. Should you like to exchange your product(s) at our Patricia Nash store in Knoxville, TN, you may do that as well. Just bring in the item(s), along with the original proof of purchase and one of our sales associates will assist you.
International orders will not receive a prepaid label. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Patricia Nash. It is our desire to offer every customer a pleasant experience, as such we reserve the right to decline any order if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return sequence.
We pay for standard UPS ground shipping for orders more than $100. Additional rates apply for expedited shipping.
